Ngai Tahu Seafood owns a number of mussel farms that produce succulent Greenshell™ and Blueshell mussels. These farms are situated in two pristine areas within the Marlborough Sounds region. The mussels are farmed under an industry environmental code of practice that has received accolades from many quarters. The premium mussels are sold in the half shell and look stunning in any seafood meal.
